Why this is different

Most AI sessions send a room home informed, and no further ahead.

People hear what AI can do, take a few notes, and go back to work the same way they left it. The gap is never understanding. It is that nobody applied it to their own business while someone who knew how was standing in the room.

This is AI change management, not AI training.

We put AI to work on one real question in one real business, with the owner at the keyboard.

How a session runs

Two hours, and most of it is them working

Participants bring a laptop and a real business problem. No AI background is assumed, and every prompt used in the room goes home with them.

  1. 01

    Framing

The question, and why it matters now.

  2. 02

    The method

    Worked examples from real businesses.

  3. 03

    Guided build

45 minutes on their own business, facilitated.

  4. 04

    Share-back

Across the room, peer to peer.

  5. 05

    Deliverable

Finished, in a workbook they keep.

The modules

Two tracks. Run one module, or build a sequence.

For owners and leadership teams working on the business as a whole. Each module stands alone. Run together, they build into a single growth plan.

Formats

Four ways to run it

Sessions run in person or online. A hosted room works best at 10 to 12 companies, so everyone gets facilitated attention while they build.

Taster

90 minutes, one module

A member event, a conference slot, a year-end session.

Intensive

Half day, one topic in full

A team upskill or a quarterly member event.

Core Three

Three half-days

A committed cohort across connected topics.

Full Pathway

Five half-days

A multi-month program with a combined growth plan.

What participants say

The prompts and the workbook are what people name first

The very detailed and specific prompts. I like that we have workbooks and do all the practices ourselves.

Who it is for

Two kinds of room, one short list on each side

Member organizations

Chambers of commerce, boards of trade, industry associations, accelerators, business networks and professional firms with business clients.

You bring the audience and the invitation. We bring a session your members will thank you for.

For an accelerator, it also shows which companies are ready for more.

Corporate teams

A single company bringing the program in-house, usually one functional cut for a sales, marketing, people or finance team.

Built around the platform you already pay for, and the work your team already does.

What ALTA brings

  • Facilitation, in person or online
  • All session materials and slides
  • The participant workbook

  • Promotional copy and assets to fill the room

What you bring
